Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rajarata Trips for your travel experience in Sri Lanka. Please read our booking and cancellation policies carefully before confirming your trip.

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings can be made through our website, phone, email, or in person.
  • A minimum deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. The amount will be communicated at the time of reservation.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS after payment is received.
  • Please provide accurate personal and travel details to avoid any disruptions.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and secure online payment options.
  • Full payment is typically required before the commencement of the tour or rental service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service: Full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service: No refund.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

  • We understand travel plans can change. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
  • Changes requested less than 48 hours before the trip may not be guaranteed and could be subject to additional charges.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If services are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.), we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
